How do matches (collaborations) work?
In this article, we'll learn how matches work and what we consider a match.
A match or collaboration happens when a creator applies to your campaign, and you accept them, or when you invite a creator to your campaign using the Prospects tool, and they accept the invitation.
A match means mutual interest in working together. It is also worth noting that matches and collaborations are the same, and we will use both terms moving forward.
Matches are deducted from your monthly quota for your plan. You can check how many matches you still have left for the month under the Plan & Billing section.
You also have an option to replace matches or collaborations if things don't work out. Read the articles below to learn more about this:
Depending on your plan, you can collaborate (match) with a specific number of creators each month: 5, 15, or 30. Learn more about pricing.
If you match with a creator in the current month and want to continue working with them on the same campaign next month, it won't count as a new match and won't be deducted from your monthly quota.
Important:
Any unused matches from previous or current months will not be transferred to a new month or billing cycle, so please make sure to use all your allocated matches in the current month or billing cycle.
