Do I get another match when I replace one?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions on the platform. Read along.

Before we proceed, it's worth noting that "a match" and "a collaboration" are the same thing. We will use both terms moving forward.

When a match (collaboration) is replaced on Social Cat, the system automatically provides you with a new match (collaboration) so you can use it to work with a creator that better aligns with your brand.

You can verify this by checking the "Collaborations available during this billing cycle" under the "Plan & Billing" section in your account. This section will give you an updated view of the available matches, making it easier to keep track of your collaborations.

Before replacing the match, make sure to check the "Collaborations available during this billing cycle" so you can see how the new match is added up.

To access this section, click on your brand's name/logo and click on "Plan & Billing."
