How does the billing cycle work?

In this article, we'll examine the billing cycle to understand the timeframes within which we can use our matches.

If you're a new customer, you'll start a free trial and then transition to a paid subscription if you're satisfied with the experience.

When the free 7-day trial ends, Stripe, our payments partner, automatically charges you, and the billing cycle starts on the day the trial ends.

Let's look at this example:

A new brand started a trial on June 1, 2024, and transitioned to a paid subscription on June 7. The billing cycle is calculated from June 7, and they get charged automatically on July 7 unless canceled.

This means the brand must use the matches on their plan in this time frame, as they don't transfer from one month to another.
