Is it counted towards my monthly quota if a creator does not reply?

If a creator is unresponsive to your messages on Social Cat, you have the option to remove the match and we will replace this collaboration for you.

To remove the match, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account on Social Cat.
  2. Under the "collaborations" tab, please find the creator you want to remove from your collaborations.
  3. Click the "actions" button at the right of the screen.
  4. Select "replace match."

Our system will automatically replace this match with a new opportunity, and it will not count toward your monthly quota.
