In this article, we'll learn how the Inbox feature works.
The Inbox is Social Cat's main communication channel for brands and creators. Upon accepting a collaboration request or after your proposal is accepted, an instant introduction occurs in your "Inbox" tab.
Whether you're a brand accepting a creator's request or vice versa, the conversation with your latest match is conveniently located at the top.
You can use the Inbox to search conversations and apply filters based on different statuses, streamlining the process.
