How do I upgrade or downgrade our subscription?

Let's look at upgrading or downgrading our current subscription on Social Cat.


Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Social Cat.

  2. Click on the profile picture at the top left of the screen.

  3. Click on "Plan & Billing."

  4. Click on "Upgrade options."

Once on this page, we'll need to pick a new plan to upgrade or downgrade. The plan you're currently on is highlighted in light blue.


Important:

Picking a new plan will cancel the current subscription, activate a new one, and start a new billing cycle. When upgrading, the matches available on the old plan are transferred to the new one, so a pro-rata refund is not applicable.

It's the same for downgrading: when downgrading to a lower plan with fewer matches, the ones from the old plan get transferred to the new one. Pro-rata refunds are not applicable.

This applies to upgrading or downgrading (from) annual plans to monthly or vice versa.
