Please make sure to have a signed contract with a brand before creating any content. This will outline the payment method, when they will pay you as well as outlining expectations from the brand on exactly what they'd like from the collaboration.

Make sure to communicate with the brand if there will be any delays from your side (even if this is due to the product being delayed and other circumstances outside of your control).

You will typically have 14 days from the start of the contract to deliver content- try not to leave it until the last minute to create content incase you encounter any issues, need to ask the brand questions, the shoot is weather dependent, you have preferred days or times to post etc. Leave yourself plenty of extra time.

Let the brand know when the content is ready to post to ensure they are expecting it and actively checking their Social Cat messages for messages from you.

Uploads a watermarked version to the platform before the deadline to show the brand the content is ready to go so they are expecting to make payment.
