Why am I not getting more applicants to our campaign?

This article provides details on the main reason for not getting more applicants to a specific campaign you're running on our platform.

Once you reach 20 applicants, we'll stop showing your campaign to new influencers. This is to ensure influencers have a good experience and don't apply to too many campaigns without getting accepted to a fair amount.

To avoid this, when you see the banner below, please go ahead and accept, decline, or save for later current applicants. 

This helps keep things moving smoothly for everyone, and influencers must also receive a response to their applications. 

To accept or decline an applicant you must:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Head over to the Campaigns Section.

3. Select the campaign you're working on.

4. Head to the Applicants tab.

5. You'll see an "Interested" button and a red "X" button for each influencer. Use these to either start working with an influencer or decline their application. Check out the image below for more details.
   
   It's worth mentioning that the influencer will not be notified if you reject an application.

6. If you're unsure about working with an influencer or want to hold off on deciding, use the blue button's "Save for later" option.

The "Save for later" option allows you to come back anytime and send an invitation to the influencers you saved. The influencer will not get notified if you save their application for later on.

To invite a saved-for-later influencer, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Campaign section and select the campaign you're working on.

2. Click the three dots next to the campaign tabs.

3. Select "Saved for later."

4. On the right side of each influencer, click the "Actions" button.

5. Choose "Send invitation."

Ultimately, this feature aims to ensure a smooth experience for both parties involved. Brands receive a steady flow of applications throughout the month, and influencers are accepted to a fair number of campaigns. 

Ideally, you have a maximum of 5 applicants at any given time during an active campaign.
