For creators: how does the Inbox (message system) work?

The Inbox is part of the messaging system available on Social Cat for brands and creators, and it's the primary communication channel.

When a brand accepts a collaboration request sent by you as a creator, an intro is made instantly via messages, and you can find it in the "Inbox" tab. The next step is to check your Inbox, as you will be able to see an intro message from the brand. They are already ready to collaborate with you and await your action!

In your Inbox, you can search conversations, and for each brand, you can see the collaboration status under the brand name. The messaging system is instant, and brands are notified in their accounts when you reply to them!

When you communicate with brands, please check the pre-made templates at the bottom of the chat system. They make it easy to follow up and update the brands with the collaboration status!

To help you keep organized, you can use the 'Filter' at the top of your inbox, to filter by collaboration status, and also the 'Mark All As Read'.
