Will you replace matches if something goes wrong?

If you're a brand and one of your matches does not end up being a live collaboration, follow the steps below to get the match replaced:

  1. Log in to your Social Cat account.
  2. Head to the "Collaborations tab," and under the "In Progress" tab, find the creator you want to replace.
  3. Click on the "Actions" button, and click the "Replace Match" option.
  4. Our system will automatically detect this; more exposure is granted, and the match will get replaced.


To replace a match, the collaboration status must be either "Matched" or "Pending Shipping." This means that the product was not sent yet, and we can replace the match for your brand so you don't lose any of the allocated ones for your plan.

If you sent a product out and are unhappy about the collaboration, you must report the creator so our team can investigate this.
