How can I cancel my subscription?

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription to Social Cat:

  1. Head over to our website and log in to your account.
  2. On the left panel, at the top, click on your brand name or email, and a drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click on Plan & Billing, and you'll see the cancelation option to cancel your subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing period.

Note: after the cancelation, you can still finish the collaborations in progress; you still have access to the collaborations tab and the messaging system in order to complete all the collaborations in progress. However, new opportunities will only come after the cancelation.

All of our plans are 0-commitment, you are not tied to any contract with us.
