How can I cancel my subscription?

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription to Social Cat:

  1. Head over to our website and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your brand name or email in the top left corner, and a drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click on "Plan & Billing," and you'll see the cancelation option.

Note: after the cancellation, you will no longer have access to the platform's features, such as in-progress collaborations, Inbox, Content Library, and AI assistant. Please make sure to download all your content before the cancellation takes effect.

Our plans are commitment-free; you are not tied to any contract with us. Please feel free to share any feedback on the reason for the cancellation or suggestions on how we can improve our product via the form or at joe@thesocialcat.com.
