How can I cancel my subscription?

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription to Social Cat:

  1. Head over to our website and log in to your account.
  2. On the left panel, at the top, click on your brand name or email, and a drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click on Plan & Billing, and you'll see the cancelation option.

Note: after the cancelation, new opportunities will stop coming in, and you're not able to generate new prospects anymore.

Also, you won't have access to the in-progress collaborations, inbox, content library, and AI assistant.

If you'd like to keep access to the in-progress collaborations, inbox, content library, and AI assistant, you can opt-in for pausing your subscription.

All of our plans are 0-commitment; you are not tied to any contract with us.
