Who owns the usage rights for the content created?

On Social Cat, the content created by our micro-influencers is owned by them. This means they are the owners of the content and the only ones that can do edits or sell the content. By content, we refer to any type of multimedia created for a campaign.

Brands on Social Cat have the right to use the content on their marketing channels and materials. This means they can use the content on their social media, advertising channels, website, or any other marketing channel, but they cannot edit or sell the content to any other third party.
